Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Save the Rain Uganda ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
When you use the contact or volunteer/partner enquiry forms on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone visiting solely to browse the site, beyond standard, anonymized website analytics, if any are in use.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, process volunteer or partnership interest, or follow up about a donation-related question. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Form processing
Our website forms are submitted directly to us by email (hello@savetherain.ug). Where a hosted form-processing service is used to deliver submissions, that service transmits your message to us by email and does not retain your data beyond what's needed to do so; please contact us if you'd like details on the specific service in use.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable records of our correspondence.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted to us by contacting hello@savetherain.ug.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
