We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, process volunteer or partnership interest, or follow up about a donation-related question. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Form processing

Our website forms are submitted directly to us by email (hello@savetherain.ug). Where a hosted form-processing service is used to deliver submissions, that service transmits your message to us by email and does not retain your data beyond what's needed to do so; please contact us if you'd like details on the specific service in use.

Data retention

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable records of our correspondence.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted to us by contacting hello@savetherain.ug.
